How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront once per year and save approximately 17-18% versus monthly billing. The same per-domain rates apply on an annual basis.
How are additional domains priced?
Starter includes 1 domain and adds domains at €1/domain/month (€12/year). Professional includes 3 domains and adds domains at €2/domain/month (€24/year). Your bill adjusts at the next billing cycle.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. All infrastructure runs on Hetzner in Germany. Your data never leaves the EU and is governed by Dutch law and GDPR.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, iDEAL, and SEPA via Mollie — so European businesses can pay without friction. Invoice available for MSP plans.
What's included in the MSP plan?
The MSP plan is billed annually at €1,199/year for a base seat with multi-tenant dashboard and client reporting. Contact us for custom domain pricing and volume discounts.
