Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MailSentry, an email security SaaS platform operated by Normwise ("[YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS]") ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the MailSentry service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
1. The Service

- Automated ingestion and parsing of aggregate (RUA) and forensic (RUF) DMARC reports
- SPF and DKIM alignment analysis and visualisation
- DMARC policy enforcement recommendations
- Email security alerting and status dashboards
The Service is intended for use by domain owners, IT administrators, and email security professionals acting within the scope of domains they own or control.
2. Acceptance and Eligibility

- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
- You have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.
- Your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, "you" refers to that entity and you represent that you have the authority to bind it to these Terms.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
